RETURN POLICY



You can return a product within 14 days after receiving the product at your shipping address.

Return policy applies only for unused and salable items in their original package. Return policy do not apply on hygiene products, such as earrings, socks, swimwear, tights, underwear etc. 



EU and international returns:

The customer is responsible for shipping charges of returning. Please use Track & Trace-code,  due to it is only way to prove that products are shipped.

To return an item (EU and international orders) 

1. Let us know by e-mail: 

- Your name 

- The product(s) that you are returning

2. Pack the item carefully to its original packaging.

Check that products are in their original form and in original packages.

Please rip off original delivery address notes and barcodes from the top of the package. Sometimes packages get lost if there are old barcodes on the package. 

3. Send the package to us by using your local transporting/post service. Please use address mentioned below. Fill in our e-mail address and phone number, if possible - this will speed up process when package has arrived to Finland.

4. Refunding 

We will process returns as soon as possible. Usually it takes 5-14 working days before international return parcels reach to us.

Domestic returns (Finland):

The customer is responsible for shipping charges of returning. Exchanges are free of charge for domestic orders (Manner-Suomi). For exchanges, please contact our customer service: info ( a t ) ekohelsinki.fi.

Åland: Please note, that customer is responsible for all returning and exchange charges.

 Please use address mentioned below. Fill in our e-mail address and phone number  - this will speed up process and returning might be cheaper for you when our phone number is mentioned on a carriage note.
